One of our obligations at Novocommerce International, as a John Deere dealer, is to enable you to work flawlessly and without downtime. Our repairmen are trained in John Deere centers and know the machines “inside and out”. They are trained for quality diagnosis of problems and their quick resolution. Or, with simple advice, they will guide you on how to get the most out of the machine in performing work operations.
We currently have 23 service technicians employed, which is something that no competing company can boast of.
Provision of service services for equipment intended for exploitation in agriculture:

- Electronic-informatics diagnostics
- Preventive and regular maintenance of equipment and machines, from the elimination of minor faults to the general overhaul of the engine
We install only original spare parts. Installed spare parts and general engine repairs have a 6 months warranty for.

- Competent service technicians trained in the central John Deere service center in Bruchsal with special licenses to perform John Deere service
- Mobile service teams equipped with 20 service vehicles capable of performing service in your yard
- Two modernly equipped central service workshops on over 1,500 m² in Osijek and Bjelovar
- Special tools for servicing engines, gearboxes, hydraulics and electronics
- By using the authorized service of Novocommerce International d.o.o. you are entitled to an extended warranty after one year of machine age in accordance with John Deere rules
